Sometimes the joints in your body get stuck and stop moving properly. This can cause pain, restrict the range of motion, irritate the nerves, and cause muscle spasms (or abnormal movement). These stuck joints can be caused by an accident, a slip, and a fall or by sitting in a chair in front of a computer for 15 years. Our evaluation process checks your joints, muscles & tendons, ligaments, and other supportive connective soft tissues. We evaluate your movement, strength, and range of motion, and gently palpate each joint to check to make sure it’s moving correctly.

This initial evaluation process begins with reviewing your medical history. Following that, we will have a consultation where you get to tell us your story, what is wrong, and what your goals are. Following the examination, we will have a Doctor’s report of findings. This is a second consultation where we will report what we found during your chiropractic examination, and what needs to occur for you to reach your established goals. We will present you with a plan of action.
